PNEUMATIC LOGIC AUTOMATIC STAMPING MACHINE

Pneumatically operating machine that automatically replenishes the ink pad and self-centers the part and automatically stamps it. The system is completely pneumatic air logic controlled. Solves ergonomic issues such as carpal tunal and increases productivity. Without this system the operator is stamping parts by hand, which is very hard to line up the stamper with the radius of the part resulting in smugged and mislocation of the stamp pattern of the part. The will have to remove the ink off the parts with alcohol and attempt restamp the part again. With the old way as many as 4 people had to do the process to meet production standards. Now that process can be done with one person.
